Follow these simple steps to set up Eva and start automating your customer calls.
Step 1: Connect Your Square Account
Log in to your Eva dashboard and click the "Connect with Square" button. Enter your Square credentials and grant permissions to integrate Eva with your store.
Step 2: Choose Your Subscription Plan
Select a subscription plan that suits your needs. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no obligations. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.
Step 3: Configure Eva for Your Business
Configure Store Details: Add store policies, FAQs, and operational details under the "Agent Config" tab for each location.
Personalize Eva: Set up a greeting message, select a voice style, and preview the configurations.
Assign a Phone Number: Obtain a unique number for Eva and set up call forwarding from your existing phone service on the "Phone Number" tab.
Step 4: Test and Go Live
Call your existing phone number to verify Eva answers. Check the "Call History" section in the dashboard to review calls and ensure everything is working correctly.
Step 5: Monitor and Optimize
Use the dashboard to monitor call analytics, refine store policies, and update Eva's settings for optimal performance.
